My story - why I built this for you

My name is Victoria, and I've been where you are.

Like so many women over 40, I found myself navigating the unexpected terrain of perimenopause and menopause. The exhaustion, the shifting moods, the stubborn weight gain and the frustration of searching for answers, only to find conflicting information and messaging that made menopause feel like something to endure rather than embrace.

But my journey was also shaped by something else: over 22 years as a fitness instructor and a decade spent as a Food and Nutrition educator, I had the knowledge to look deeper. And what I found changed everything.

Because here's the truth: menopause is not a breakdown. It's a biological transition, and with the right nutrition, movement and lifestyle support, it can become a breakthrough.

It was the collision of those two worlds - my professional expertise and my deeply personal experience, that sparked the mission. I didn't just want to understand what was happening to me. I wanted to use everything I knew to help other women navigate it too, with confidence and without feeling like they had to figure it all out alone.

That's why I created Meno-Plause. To give women the structured, science-informed support I wish I'd had. Programmes built specifically for women going through these changes. Not extreme diets. Not punishing workouts. Just supportive, evidence-based strategies that work with your body, not against it.

My passion for nutrition and fitness, and my own perimenopause journey is not just my backstory. It's the foundation of everything Meno-Plause stands for.
